Today we met our friends in Wilson for a playdate. It was our first time meeting Jaxson, who just came home from China 3 weeks ago. What a sweetheart he is! I’m not sure he knew quite what to think about the other 3 wild boys but I don’t think it will take long and he will be right in the middle of them!
I really thought it would be a lot longer before we would be able to get together again so we were thrilled when Brandi said she and her little guys were ready for a playdate. It was awesome to see those 4 little boys together. They had fun playing with cars and trucks while us mommies talked each other’s ears off.
I’m so thankful that adoption brought us together and that we have the opportunity for our boys to grow up being buddies. Heather and Brandi have become two of my closest friends and they are both such a blessing to me.
We don’t have any big plans for this weekend and since it’s going to be a cold one I think I will be content to stay home and stay warm!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! We had so much fun! I'm so thankful for you & our friendship. I wish we were all a little closer, but I'm thankful we've made it a point to see each other (& the boys to play together) at least 1 time a month. We are very blessed!
