Lukas has been getting haircuts pretty much every month since he came home. His hair is so thick and coarse and grows very fast. For a while haircuts were pure torture for everyone involved. Lots of tears and screaming and wiggling. Sometime last year, I can’t remember exactly when, we figured out that he would sit very still if we would just let him have a dum-dum sucker. That turned out to be the trick, plus I think getting older helped too. Finally haircuts are no longer torture. Thank goodness, because I don’t see this boy skipping too many haircuts in the near future. This time I decided to take my camera along! I don’t even want to think about only having a handful of haircuts left with our friend Claire. She and her family are moving to Texas this summer so I guess we’ll just have to fly there for our haircuts!
He looks so old in this last picture! It breaks my heart to think how quickly he is growing.

That's my handsome grandson!!! He not only looks older,he looks so big! Love that little Korean!
